Forrest Inspired Yoga,
Power and Flow
Catherine offers you a « Forrest-Inspired » practice, named after its founder Ana Forrest. It is a contemporary yoga style based on the traditional Hatha Yoga, which came from India.
Forrest-Inspired is an expression of yoga that teaches full utilization of the breath without compromise; your breath will carry you as you explore your edges through an intense physical practice. Whether by activating your feet and hands, the release of your neck, the emphasis on the core, or the long sequences of poses on one side before going to the other, everything in this practice is meant to bring the participant into contact with the body’s sensations. The focus is always directed within. In this way, each and every one of your cells will be animated with a new sense of vitality. The practice is in itself a quest, to go further, deeper, to heal, to awaken, to reclaim the true self. More than anything, this kind of yoga requires a willingness to learn to feel and to be genuine. All this brings the participant to a magnificent sensation of freedom.
May your SPIRIT be!
